The Contact Company Named as One of Europe’s Best in First Ever ‘Ones to Watch’ List

The Contact Company has been named as one of Europe’s ‘Ones to Watch’ in a list of business excellence published by the European Business Awards, one of the world’s largest and longest-running business competitions.

The Contact Company was chosen as it demonstrates exceptional achievement in one of the 18 European Business Awards’ categories and reflects the programme’s core values of innovation, success and ethics.

Since its inception in 2006, The Contact Company has grown from a team of 12 people, to one of its region’s largest private sector employers, with over 1,200 employees and two sites across the Wirral.

In the last 10 years, the company has seen its turnover increase year on year, introducing a number of major blue chip clients to the area, as well as bringing customer service operations back on-shore from outside of Europe.

The Contact Company will now have the chance to compete in one of the 18 categories of this year’s European Business Awards to become a National Winner in their country. If successful, they will then take part in the Gala Final in December 2019, where the final 18 European winners will be announced.
