Guide Training

Liverpool Welcome
The Liverpool City Region is famed for the warmth of its hospitality and the friendliness of its people but do you know how much you can increase the enjoyment of our visitors by your knowledge of what our destination has to offer?

Liverpool Welcome is a highly interactive half day workshop where participants improve and enhance their ‘must know’ visitor information and their levels of visitor interaction. Quality Accreditations
The LEP recognises the importance of quality for Visitor Economy businesses and encourages all Visitor Economy businesses to undergo independent assessments through recognised national schemes. Download information for the most appropriate assessment for your business using the links to the right.

Visitor Economy Skills Week
Visitor Economy Skills Week is taking place between 5-8 February 2018 with the aim of promoting and enhancing the perception of the Visitor Economy sector as a career choice.
