The Contact Company (TCC) was formed in May 2006 by Asif Hamid, an experienced and well known entrepreneur in the Outsourcing Industry. The company supported one client at this time with 15 employees based in Birkenhead. Since launch the company has grown exponentially and now supports in excess of 20 clients with over 1,200 employees. With over 2,000 seats and providing customer support across all contact channels from voice through to Social Media and review sites, TCC offers 24/7 support. TCC operates in all Global markets and offers ‘follow the sun’ service as well as offering European and International languages. TCC is different due to our UK only based centres, our highly passionate and skilled people, our flexibility in resource management and our focus on continual process improvement. Coupled with our personal approach, we focus on keeping our approach simple for our clients as well as providing bespoke services so that our clients customers have the best experience possible.
