The College’s prominent architecture and presence has transformed the landscape of St Helens dramatically over time; offering curriculum tailored to meet the needs of the region’s economy. As one of the region’s largest colleges, College is home to around 7000 students from across the country. St Helens College is a multi-disciplinary College. We have an integrated 14 – 16 Academy, further education offer which includes; vocational courses, A levels, Apprenticeships and Traineeships, adult provision, leisure courses and higher education. The College is also home to University Centre St Helens, an established provider of degree level courses in subjects such as professional business and management, advanced engineering and the digital and creative arts. Our central location within the North West of England gives our students access not only to the best in entertainment and nightlife, but also to academic resources. We are close to, and have teaching and research links with numerous employers including hospitals, museums, libraries and professional bodies. As well as excellent academic links the College boasts strong partnerships with a whole host of industries both local and international, from Liverpool Football Club and TUI to Liverpool John Moores University, Ford and St Helens Rugby Club.
